Pre-appointment details
Please consider wearing loose-fitting clothing to allow for personal comfort during our session. Feel welcome to arrive 15 minutes early and enjoy a warm cup of tea in the waiting area.
Cancellation policies
Life happens and flexibility in the way you respond helps support you during your healing journey. TRUE NORTH respectfully requests a 24-hour notice of cancellation and will work with you to reschedule. A cancellation with less than 24- hour’s notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved full-price session.
Payment policies
Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. A no-show will result in 100% charge of your reserved full-price session. Payment types accepted: Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
